Terms of Service

1. 1. Agreement

   bombafesta is a set of party games you play with others in Rooms, on helio.fans and as an Activity inside Discord. It is run by helio.fans (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. 2. Who can use it

   You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. When you play inside Discord, Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply too.

3. 3. Accounts

   You can play as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. We may change or remove a username that impersonates someone, is offensive or misleads other players.

   You can delete your account at any time from Settings, on helio.fans and inside Discord.

4. 4. How to behave

   When you use bombafesta, do not:

   • harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in names, avatars or chat;
   • pretend to be someone else;
   • cheat with bots, scripts or tools that play for you;
   • try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or get into other people's accounts.

5. 5. Reporting a player

   To report a player, a name, an avatar or a message that breaks these terms, write to [email protected] with the Room code, the name the player used and what happened. We review every report and may warn the player, change or remove what they posted, or end their access.

6. 6. What you post

   Your names, avatars and chat messages stay yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the other people in your Rooms, as far as it takes to run the game. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

7. 7. Ending access

   We may remove content, block uploads, end a Room, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or its players at risk.

8. 8. No warranty

   bombafesta is free and provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of bugs, or that your progress or data will never be lost. We may change or stop any part of it at any time.

9. 9. Limitation of liability

   As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of bombafesta or from what other players do.

10. 10. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If you keep using bombafesta after a change, you accept the new terms.
